Health Nut features some great tips on how to stay in shape after you've lost the weight on HCG!  We want you to keep up the good work so we're here to motivate you in order to stay on top!  Why stop now?    


 Did you know that if you were to pull out your digestive track from your body you would have about 60ft of esophagus, large and small intestine and your colon?  Think about 60 Ft of that crammed in to your stomach.... now think about your eating habits and how well you digest your food.  This is why water is so important!  Hydrate so you can flush that crap out of your system!  

Take the time to develop a good habit for once.  It take us 21 days to form a habit and about 3 days to break it.  Develop an excersise habit.  Start slow.  Day one, do one push up, one sit up and one jumping jack.  If you can do one, the next day, you know you can do two!  Repeat the steps until for 21 days and you have now developed an excersise habit!  do this at the same time every day to develop a sense of routine.  Drink some water after!
